Target group

This training course is conceived for all employees who want to understand their conflict behavior and handle conflicts professionally. It is especially suitable for employees in managerial positions or with interface functions, e.g. team spokespersons or ombudspersons.

In our conflict management seminar, you develop resolution strategies on the basis of suitable communication techniques. You can also introduce conflict situations you yourself have experienced in your working environment, discuss them and develop suitable conflict resolution methods for them.

Awarded following the successful completion of and participation in all of the full-day training sessions or online modules. When the attendance is incomplete, a confirmation of participation only is issued.
