Learning through personal experience
This is the principle for the training we provide in leadership, sales and communications. And we achieve it by having a precisely balanced mix of theory and practice.
This means in concrete terms: one day of intensive training is followed by a multi-week practice phase in your company. This permits you to apply and implement what you have learned directly at your workplace. At the next training day, you then build upon this experience. Learning through personal experience – this is of course equally applicable to our digital training courses. In this case, we combine our interactive learning modules with personal coaching by video conference and job-specific transfer tasks.
