Principles of moderation

You develop, elaborate and train a methodical approach on the basis of the 7 principles of moderation.

Target group

This training is conceived for employees who frequently moderate groups in meetings and discussions, both internally and externally. Furthermore, it is intended for employees with responsibility for projects and who have to conduct regular project status meetings. It is also ideal for up-and-coming managers wishing to complete their leadership tools.

In our Moderation Seminar, we develop, elaborate and train the methodical approach on the basis of the 7 principles of moderation. You practice all moderation techniques by taking current examples. Important details on subjects such as "conflict mediation" and "perceiving non-verbal signals" round off the Moderation Training.

Awarded following the successful completion of and participation in all of the full-day training sessions or online modules. When the attendance is incomplete, a confirmation of participation only is issued.
