NEW COURSE! Do you want to use motivating goal agreements to lead your employees and thus ensure that your team achieves the desired results? Then you should give good reasons for the goals from the start and include your staff in the goal-setting process. This ensures transparency and a motivated team.

Your team’s motivation and goal attainment are the focus of this two-day intensive course. Together with the other participants, you develop and practise the factors that make results-oriented leadership successful. You learn and practise how to draft SMART goals as well as creating a maturity model for your staff. In this way, you develop your team further and ensure their goal attainment.

You learn intensively on this course due to the interesting combination of impartation of knowledge and exercises with practical relevance. In doing so, you practise with leaders from other companies and thus learn to think outside the box.
