Target group

The workshop is intended for women who are going to assume management and leadership responsibilities in the future or who want to improve their personal standing among the leadership and in the company.

As an executive seminar, the Women in Leadership Workshop is conceived as an additional module to other management and leadership training courses.

Training on the job: Practice tasks with concrete problems and issues are implemented during the training. Doing so, the trainer/coach provides active support.

Prepare your personal strengths profile, evaluate it together with the trainer/coach, utilise it in the training sessions, incl. learning recommendations.
